Specialist II (Contract Review Team)


Implementation Specialist plays a very important role in the end result of
bringing on new clients to meet the expected annual revenue goals of RTS
(Registration and Titling Service).  The Implementation Specialist will
review contracts for new clients to insure accuracy and correctness in the
documentations to insure smooth onboarding of new clients as well as
flawless integration with the state DMV offices.


Implementation Specialist performs a variety of duties to include contract
review, account maintenance, interaction with the RTS (Registration and
Titling Service) sales team, accounting department, client services, and


Another aspect
of the job is building and maintaining relationships with Department of Motor
Vehicle and other third-party processing agents to assist in the contract
maintenance requirements. 



Customer database
maintenance to keep account information up-to-date including accurate
record-keeping. (40%)

Verify all sales
contracts are complete and correct and meet internal and external standards.

Answer incoming calls,
instant messages, and emails from various internal & external customers.

Create internal users
according to specified procedures. (5%)

Create and maintain
relationships with DMV/state agencies and keep current on all state policies
and procedures. (15%)


Update contractual
procedures as needed.

Provide input to the
marketing department to update internal and external forms as needed.

Attend weekly and
monthly conference calls related to contractual issues.



High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or
Bachelor's degree is desirable but not required


Previous Automotive experience is preferred
General planning, analytical, and problem-solving
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and changing
tasks and meet deadlines. (Multi-tasking)
Proactive and cooperative problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail is
