Develop a Digital Video Strategy to maximize curation and creation of multiplatform videoAnalyze existing content output and make recommendations for cross-platform use Analyze and report metrics and content performance to Digital LeadershipDevelop and execute Video programming strategies to maximize viewership, engagement and revenue generationCreate, maintain, and distribute a weekly Video programming/production schedule and long range calendarCoordinate with various internal teams to create & gather content assets for Video productionReview all video content to make sure that final product is timely and accurateWork with on-air, multiplatform programming and client service teams to create schedules that are strategically in syncMaintain video production budget for all projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication or at least 10 years experience creating video content – digital experience a must
• Experience producing video content long/short form
• Ability to develop scripts for video franchises
• Experience in video editing Avid & FCP
• Experience in directing video shoots with Talent (Live & Live to Tape)
• Experience in working with agencies on brand integrations

• Strong knowledge of the Entertainment genre desired
• Experience in journalism, publicity or promotions desired
