Job Description:

Our agency client excels at delivering extraordinary services and campaigns for its clients. They are in need of an Account Executive to join their team fulltime.

As the Account Executive, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and the liaison with internal teams to deliver top notch creative on time and on budget. You will be the leader that engages clients, gathers facts and client intel, researches and reviews competitors, builds up and shares intelligence to ensure campaigns push the envelope in innovative and impactful ways.

Account & Client Relationship responsibilities include:

Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, including researching their business, industry, competitors and trends

Organizing projects, collecting information and assets, developing briefs and clearly communicating to internal teams

Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Reviewing and proofing media plans, packaging, collateral, etc

Tracking client competitor activity, including media exposure and strategy, social media presence, content marketing efforts, online presence, new products and changes within competitors' business and industry.

Project Management related responsibilities:

Developing documents, spreadsheets and presentations and entering information into a variety of formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps, Keynote, etc.

Developing meeting agendas, attend meetings as requested by supervisor or other staff, proactively take notes and provide contact reports.

Working with project management and production to develop project timelines to share with team members and client. Monitors timeline progress and proactively raises concerns.

Drafting scope of work descriptions and help provide accurate and detailed information to develop pricing.

Managing status reports and leading status meetings with teams.

Reviewing billings and preparing explanations and recaps for clients.


3+ years of agency experience

Experience in Animal Health industry is a plus

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps and Keynote
