Digiday Media is looking for a digital marketing coordinator to support its in-house content agency, Custom.

You’ll be essential in managing and ensuring the delivery and performance of our content campaigns and products, including lead generation projects (webinars, white papers, custom events registration and more) and social campaigns (both paid and organic).

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with designers on promotional assets
  • Managing email promotion and registration
  • Making sure everything goes up on our site and social platforms on time and is up to Digiday standards
  • Manage social schedule and planning process
  • Analyzing performance of programs and preparing reports for clients
  • Lending support in day-to-day department activities
  • Managing the production and execution of Digiday webinars
  • Moderating live webinars

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of all major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ability to juggle and support multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Ability to solve coordination problems when they deviate from “the plan”
  • Passionate about learning the ins-and-outs of process within a small agency
  • Experience with paid social a plus
  • Experience with WordPress CMS a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience with Campaign Monitor a plus
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager a plus
