We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be integral to growing The Tylt's ad operations team. This role will ultimately be a hybrid of media planning, digital ops management and media buying.

The person in this role is responsible for managing our data management platform, building audiences and executing the media buys. This role will focus on leveraging our proprietary data to allow clients (internal and external) reach highly targeted audiences to gain valuable insights. 

Responsibilities

· Leading the planning, tracking setup and on-going management of programmatic campaigns for internal and external clients

· Owning audience building and targeting within the DMP

· Play a key role in driving data strategy for clients

· Collaborate with business development and data teams to identify new data driven opportunities

· Develop and manage clear, concise reporting and insights on brand and client advertising efforts

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· 2-3 years’ experience in a media buying or data management role

· Strong experience with managing data management platforms, specifically Lotame

· Proficient with setting up and running programmatic ad campaigns

· Strong experience in data strategy and media planning

· Expert-level knowledge of analyzing data

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

· Energetic and proactive team player
