The sales coordinator/Planner will support the Ad Sales Manager on sales planning and order fulfillment for the Central America region.Responsible for management all new and revised ordersIdentification and resolution of invoice discrepancies and revenue reportingAssist in the coordination and reception of all required materialsEstablish strong relationships and act as a liaison with agency counterpartsResponsible for building and maintaining client data base for the departmentDevelop a strong working relationship with operations to guarantee a timely and precise order processPrepare and compile proof of sale report for clientsEnsure contract administration, follow through for executionAssist manager in coordinating meetings, events with clients, etc.General administrative duties and functions including but not limited to answering phones, sending out sales materials on a regular basis and the compilation and dissemination of various reports to appropriate parties
• Media & Sales Industry Knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, collaborative attitude
• Experience on system management and enthusiasm on being a steward of the trafficking system.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, client relation and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in successfully communicating with all levels of employees
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Client relations experience a plus
