The Operations Client Liaison works independently monitoring all aspects
of DDS’s operations for select strategic clients.  They are the expert on anything related to
that client’s work within operations.  This
position is critical due to the high touch requirements demanded to ensure
client satisfaction and will fill the need for high touch client support
allowing for better operational focus for driving the business.  This position will work cross functionally
with many teams across the organization as the operations point of contact for
their assigned clients. The Operations Liaison is a subject matter expert on
all things related to operations.  


  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by consistently
    meeting and/or exceeding expectations and commitments by providing a high level
    of customer service to both internal and external customers; by solving
    customer problems quickly and effectively.
  • Work closely
    with operations team, client, account manager, product, and other
    cross-functional teams as required to meet the client’s needs.
  • Proactive
    communication to Client on operations status updates.
  • Escalations
    and ownership of problem resolution for Client account questions.
  • Maintains
    strong working knowledge of operations status and follow up in relation to
  • Review
    of Process gaps and writing of change control documentation.
  • Ability
    to effectively lead calls with client and cross functional team members.
  • Project
    management, review, and updates to Client and Dealertrack Action Plans /
    Supplier Action Plans / Root Cause Analysis.
  • Client
    Invoice/Credit Review.

  • Continual
    evaluation of methods to improve processes towards client satisfaction and
    operational efficiency.
  • Other
    special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within automotive title and/or vehicle finance with client supportAbility to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of auto contracting rules and regulations preferredStrong knowledge of reporting software, spreadsheet software, internet softwareExcellent follow up and organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust have excellent critical thinking skills – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsSound inductive reasoning required – The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions; includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events.Desires to work in a fast-paced environment where information must be readily digested and decisions made expeditiouslyAbility to work well with customers and balance their needs with the business needs
