Work with Vice President and or Director on vendor assignments and provide project support as neededManage Coordinator to keep projects moving smoothly and assets organizedResponsible for building out project timelines at the beginning of each title and keeping timelines updated during the creative and production processManage the print production process with film houses and print vendorsManage and post digital assets as needed for digital distributionResponsible for reconciling purchase orders within overall project budgetFulfill artwork and asset requests to/from internal and external sourcesWork with Operations to provide project status for timely delivery of elementsMaintain and update internal systems with accurate information and deadlinesManage assets on FTP and network share drives
Provide traffic management and print production support for Universal Pictures Home Entertainment global creative department. Job responsibilities include generating and maintaining project timelines and budgets; gathering and distribution of assets to both internal and external parties, communicate revisions and deadlines to both internal and external parties, and provide strong administrative and creative support to the Director and Vice President.
Interface with Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Legal, Operations, and DVD Production for timely delivery of creative elements.
Position calls for excellent communication, both written and verbal, and strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a related position in packaged goods, advertising agency, theatrical or home entertainment department
International creative experience required
Knowledge of structural gift set and special packaging
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, Quark and MS Office software

Bachelors in Marketing or related field preferred
