INTA’s Legal Resources Department creates and maintains timely, accurate, and authoritative brand-related information resources for INTA’s members and/or the interested public.

The Senior Coordinator, Legal Resources will serve as the project manager/coordinator for INTA’s legal resources, including searchable databases, treatises, industry papers, checklists, fact sheets, our scholarly journal, and other online resources. The person in this role will assist with legal resource development, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He or she will also assist with manuscript formatting, proofreading, author submission tracking, and other facets of project development.

As a critical member of the Legal Resources Team, the person in this role will participate in ongoing discussions and efforts around process improvement, ideation, and foresight, to

ensure that our resources remain relevant and necessary.


 Coordinates development and/or updates for eight searchable databases including the


o overseeing project calendar for principal editors and contributors;

o recruiting new contributors;

o developing online questionnaires; and

o troubleshooting technical issues with IT

 Serves as liaison to project teams year round, including at Annual and Leadership

Meetings (conducting user focus groups and surveys, preparing minutes, etc.)

 Contributes extensively to the website redesign/digital transformation of INTA’s online

resources, synthesizing past technical experience with newly acquired on-the-job specific

knowledge of our resources

 Participates in projects such as manuscript formatting, proofreading, tracking author

submissions, adhering to project schedules, and providing web production assistance to

Legal Resources

 Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to, reporting, word

processing, data entry, testing and launching online resources updates

 Serves as point of contact for inquiries from other departments

 Interacts with vendors as needed

 Performs such other duties as may be designated by the Director, Legal Resources


 Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and work across different


 Timely, accurate work product

 Initiative in suggesting efficient alternative procedures to generate desired outcomes


 Bachelor’s Degree

 Minimum of four years of relevant experience

 Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Planner, Jira, etc.)

 Proficient knowledge of and ability to leverage HTML, web traffic analytics, and SEO, to

improve usability and visibility of legal resources

 Strong verbal and written skills, including facility in communicating with international

members by email and phone

 Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Teams

 Ability to prioritize multiple projects, with consistently high quality results, under strict


 Passion for emerging web technologies (particularly as they relate to publishing)

 Association experience is a plus

 Some travel may be required
