The Brand Live Events team is responsible for building and growing E!’s live franchises (Live from the Red Carpet, the People’s Choice Awards) across TV, digital and social platforms. This role provides administrative support to the SVP and participates in assigned projects and tasks of the department.

Responsibilities: Answering and screening calls, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining appointments/meetings, maintaining files, booking travel arrangements/reservations, processing expenses, working with building management and IT, and coordinating all other special projects.Coordinate and set up internal / external meetings as required by SVP and Live Events teamOrganize, facilitate, and prioritize communication across departments including Production, Talent, PR, Marketing, Ad Sales, E! News and International.Provide on-site assistance to the SVP at live event productions as neededCreate and maintain department documents, calendars, trackers and reports as assignedInteract with other support staff members and liaise among colleagues at all levels to execute assignments and represent SVP and Live Events team in a professional and efficient manner Keep schedules on track and anticipate / address the needs of the SVP Create agendas and ensure A/V is prepared in advance of all SVP and Live Events team meetingsServe as information source of Live Events projects; responsible for organizing and storing all documents, presentations, recap reports, databases, etc.Contribute to the day-to-day duties of the Live Events team as a whole in order to better understand the goals of the departmentAdditional responsibilities as required

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree + minimum one-year experience assisting in fast-paced, dynamic multimedia environment; Entertainment industry preferred.
• Candidate must be highly organized and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

  • Must be willing to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

    • Should have an interest in Creative Production/Brand Management/Digital Media
    • Interested and savvy in entertainment, celebrity and social media pop culture
    • Has great communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, the ability to anticipate the needs of the SVP, stay ahead of dept. tasks, and the willingness to assist wherever needed
    • Must have exceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills
