Work with various cross-functional groups within the division (Sales Planning & Product Management, Research, etc) to execute sales support materials.
The Manager, Digital Creative Services will report into the VP, International Marketing & Creative Services. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure NBCUniversal is at the forefront of creating and maintaining best-in-class digital solutions. S/he is responsible for the effective production and management of digital products and services related to the needs of International TV Distribution Marketing through the identification and execution of digital initiatives. These initiatives include being the lead project manager, support person and instructor on NBCUniversal International’s digital platforms. It also includes managing other digital marketing projects such as the creation of microsites, email campaigns, and digital sell sheets.
Establish key relationships and liaise with NBCUniversal Information Technology and Operations Team as well as outside vendors to manage the development of International TV Distributions digital sites.
Partner with cross-functional team members to define, gather, and manage project requirements, including new feature requests, attend meetings, clearly document findings, carefully QC and manage regression testing on applications and write recap reports in order to enable project success.
Manage the testing for all features, functionality, and releases for all applications within the group, must be extremely detail-oriented and thorough.
Provide creative input and execution of website and application designs with a focus on user experience and functionality.
Partner with Management to build, execute, and report engagement of email campaigns targeting multiple audiences and segments, in addition to creating the message.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business goals and translate it into a strategic and tactical plan of applying research and data analytics to provide solutions.
Liaise directly with the Broadcast Operations group and other teams to fulfill film and TV content to be ingested into our Screening Room platform, including the requests for new content and title creation.
Manage overall digital support at sales and marketing events as needed, including the management and oversite of application and equipment used.
Balance day-to-day projects and changing priorities with multiple time zone deadlines.
Minimum 4 years Digital Marketing or technology-oriented project management role
Experience in process and implementation management in a technology company

Able to execute creative, visually stunning, front end for web-based application
Proficient in marketing automation technology
Experience designing and developing websites
Proficient in the implementation, design and maintaining WordPress
Proven track record of creative design skills
Strong working knowledge and prior experience with integrating current technology and developing applications for internal and external use
