The Digital Product Coordinator will support the team by collaborating on a day-to-day basis with other team members, liaises with other areas to make sure the digital value proposition is realized. This individual will be exposed to many different facets of the digital and media industry, including TVE, VOD, live streaming, and more. This position will report to the Director of Digital Products and works closely with the entire organization but especially Digital, Programming, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Assist in the management for all Non-linear platforms (TVE/VOD) by ensuring content is up-to-date from an end user standpoint
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders and partners, operations, research, marketing, ad sales, and others
  • Manage several small projects such as applications for cellular phones or for events, develop reports on project status, etc.
  • Assist the Ad Sales / Marketing team with new ideas and opportunities for clients, including contests, applications, or websites.
  • Is the first point of contact with end users for any issues relating to the TVE/VOD platforms, and reports on all consumer facing related issues.
  • Responsible for gathering and maintaining digital assets for the NBCU LATAM/Brazil digital product portfolio.
  • Assist with monitoring performance, and usability of our TVE Platforms & Devices
  • Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Occasionally support the full end-to-end production of our livestreaming events (Red Carpets, Up Fronts, Town Halls, etc.)
  • Coordinate asset delivery with internal stakeholders including Marketing and On-Air department
  • Work with Ad Sales for special projects, and operations team to ensure the delivery of content to our non-linear platforms

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, or related field
    • 2+ years’ experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries - preferred
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
    • Spanish / English Language fluency (written and spoken)
