The Production Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects including meetings, committees, travel arrangements, timelines, presentations, reports, day to day activity, and deliverables related to all scripted projects. Liaison with internal departments and third party production companies to coordinate content distribution, screenings and special production events.
  • Manages agenda for day to day activity of department head, avoids calendar conflicts, schedules and reschedules meetings, follows up on availability, resources, media and other needs
  • Arranges and coordinates all travel arrangement including lodging, transportation and meal for production operations in relation to all scripted productions
  • Assists in the planning of special production events such as premieres, wraps, kick offs, trainings, committees, and screenings
  • Works closely with the Director, and territory managers of Production Management & Operations to ensure departmental alignment and proper communication
  • Coordinate, gather and distribute information for various departments and reports regarding development, production status, programming changes, asset distribution, and post production formats as needed.
  • Coordinates deadlines and requirements for creation of demos, teasers, presentations, reports and production events to make sure that both logistics and creative are aligned according to business needs
  • Manages vendor approvals and follows up with enrollment through vendor management and finance
  • Processes SNAP and invoice payments from vendors
  • Keeps track of payments, expiration dates, content requests, and other department commitments
  • Responsible for assisting in coordinating production timelines for all production centers during development, production and post production to disseminate the information to other departments.
  • Creates, and analyzes ad hoc reports
  • Completes any other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)


  • Minimum 2 year of experience in scripted or live productions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exhibits knowledge of production operations and planning
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to perform job at locations in and outside work environment with varying weather conditions
  • Exhibits working knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Internet search engines
  • Willingness to travel and on weekends with short notice
  • Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to facilitate personnel requirements including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.
