Previous award season experience
<li>Develop, plan and oversee LA/NY/Regional/London member screenings program including theater holds and bookings, print coordination, setup RSVP phone lines, coordinate staffing, RSVP site backend administration and uploading to site.
<li>Handle all incoming Awards office calls, emails and online inquiries including member updates, screener requests, and RSVPs
<li>Track and circulate to Publicity Team key awards dates including festivals, submissions, ballots, awards events and shows.
<li>Work with fulfillment houses and outside vendors to ensure all communications are in order, deadlines are being met, and necessary assets are delivered/posted.
<li>Responsible for approx. 20+ submissions between July and November (depending on deadlines) including AMPAS, HFPA, FIND and IFP-Gothams, all guilds, below the line, docs, AFI, GLAAD and NAACP.
<li>Work with Field, National teams on critic group awards activities and overall strategy for guild outreach including timing and scope of screener mailings
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
