If this is you, we would like to talk with you about our Technical Account Specialist II opportunity! I this role, you will provide strong enterprise account management, act as the primary point person for setting up a new partner and assisting existing partners with LOS conversions  in the DealerTrack environment. They also provide technical support and answer and/or coordinate escalations in a timely manner, owning the escalated issues and ensure a timely response across the organization.
Technical Account Specialist II will:• Lead the planning and implementation of external partners onto the DealerTrack network.• Connect new partners based on corporate goals.• Assist existing partners with LOS conversions. • Manage implementation timelines. • Track partner deliverables and profiles using SalesForce. • Support QA and Development teams requiring UAT testing from partners.• Assemble and coordinate cross functional teams on partner initiatives. • Coordinate with Network and Infrastructure teams on Partner needs.• Provide first level technical support and either answer or coordinate escalation in a timely manner. Own escalated issues and ensure a timely response across the organization. • Analyze and resolve problems associated with application systems and  diagnose and work to resolve problems. • Understand xml structure, firewall rules and SFTP/HTTPS configuration requirements. • Collaborate with other teams and individual on best practices, internal tools and process improvements to deliver high quality software in short cycles.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED Required• 3+ years of work experience Required, prefer experience in a related field, managing the delivery of Information Technology Implementations.  • Bachelor Degree in IT related field Preferred.
Preferred Skillsets and Knowledge Of: • Knowledge in xml, database SQL statements, MSMQ,  FTP, Firewall policies, HTTPS protocol• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.• Proven experience in strategic planning.• Proven experience in risk management, change management• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project). • Critical thinking and problem solving skills• Planning and organizing• Decision-making.• Influencing and leading• Team work• Negotiation.• Conflict management• Adaptability• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
