SHE Media: Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing

SHE Media is hiring an Associate Manager of Integrated Marketing to develop, manage and produce innovative integrated marketing strategies in support of revenue goals and in response to RFPs ranging from $20k to $1MM+.  The Associate Manager will translate Ad Sales strategy, and sales needs into compelling, executable marketing initiatives and marketing materials, including sales presentations and all associated collateral material.

The Associate Manager will:

  • Interface with Advertising Sales, Editorial, Video Production, Planning, Programs, and other divisions of the company to produce timely, creative and highly impactful sales programs and materials appealing to both endemic and non-endemic advertising markets.
  • Develop custom event activations at annual #BlogHer events and help on-site during multi-day conferences
  • Develop custom one-off events for advertisers and work with events team on budget and details from a pre-sales capacity
  • Work directly with the Programs team to pitch and budget for robust Influencer Marketing campaigns
  • Work directly with the Design team to bring the campaigns to life in a visually engaging way
  • Utilize ComScore to pull relevant data and tell a strong and strategic insights-driven story
  • Monitor and report on new marketing trends, technologies and program innovations across the market as a whole, including alternative selling channels, and platforms

The Fine Print:

  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience (such as advertising agency, media sales/marketing, digital publishing, client side marketing).
  • A deep understanding of the Digital Advertising Environment
  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven ability to develop creative and unique opportunities to meet advertiser objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of digital advertising products and marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills (written and oral) with strong presentation skills and the ability to create compelling PPT materials
