Point of contact for production & operational needs of E! News org. Oversight of all physical production for entire News org; daily shoots, Network Partnership; Event coverageSupervise & assist in all operational capacities from news shoots to post production as needed for additional team supportIdentify and onboard out of town field producers as needed for E! News. Manage a team of 4+Union new hire on-boarding (New hire letters & TK set-up)Ensure cast reports & music cue sheets are completed in a timely mannerBack-up approver for payroll as needed Ensure legal agreements are being generated and expenses & risk mgt. concerns identifiedLiaise with legal for production related questions such as COFEs, Releases, etc.Send TDRs as needed/requested (on-air guests & models)EP new hire paperwork for models & guests; EP timecards prep & collation for reviewPoint of contact & oversight for legal, risk mgt, music dept, EHS; including animals & minors on-setReview EFP tracker & flag for any out of the ordinary spikes in usageKeeper of production processes, protocols & resourcesPartner with Talent AP & Booking team to ensure guests & talent needs/logistics needs are met Shoots calendar maintenance & enhancements
Manage & Support E! News (broadcast & digital) production logistics
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5+ year(s) of studio/network & production work experience
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience managing teams
• Strong working knowledge & experience in pre-pro, production, post & wrap processes for productions
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
