Manage the strategy, development, execution, and promotion of Telemundo’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and brands, working closely with multiple internal departments and external partners.Maintain relationships with national partners in support of corporate cross community presence. Lead the execution of Telemundo presence at key national conferences and the participation of talent ambassadors.Create and manage employee engagement opportunities tied to corporate affairs. Manage external digital and social presence, and engagement of corporate affairs initiatives.Work hand in hand with digital partnerships team for sponsored content and programs.Oversee and execute contractual agreements with community partners.Liaise and partner with NBCU, Comcast teams to manage cross company promotions and presence at events. Partner with local Telemundo stations for regional and local community efforts. Manage department’s budget as required.Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and other business reports.Supervise and mentor interns and NBCUniversal Pages. Other duties as assigned.
The Corporate and Community Affairs Manager for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises will work with the Senior Vice President of Corporate and External Affairs on projects related to partnership (non-profits, community events, political leaders, corporations), talent synergy events and fundraising.
• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field and a minimum 5 years of experience in Community Affairs, Public Relations, Public Affairs or Corporate Philanthropy role.
• Strong planning, administrative, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
