  • Provide daily administrative support to two Vice Presidents located in NYC & LA
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage multiple calendars and scheduling meetings for bicoastal team, coordinate meetings with internal and external parties (including arranging for A/V, preparing of agendas, communicating/following up with attendees)
  • Oversee all office coordination & team support in the Los Angeles office
  • Support various digital products projects: platform audits, order management, etc.
  • Handle onboarding logistics for new hires, contractors and interns
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all logistics
  • Prepare and process expense reports. Ensure the timely processing of expenses for payment of corporate credit card and P-Card.
  • Process all vendor invoices and update financial tracking documents
  • Oversee all department special events (internally and externally)
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within an entertainment company
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to, and initiate change in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage delivery of projects per business requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Excel
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information and materials
