Working as part of the program management team you will enjoy a diverse and interesting role that provides ongoing support for key client accounts.  This will include supporting the day-to-day account activities and working closely with the account Program Managers to deliver on key projects and initiatives.  No day will be quite like the next; daily tasks can range from requirements definition to system configuration and testing to basic project management activities.  You will work in tandem with the program Managers, provide direct support to the account, ultimately resulting in high client satisfaction levels.  You have an analytical mind set and you are someone who likes to 'dig a bit deeper' and understand the how and why.  Building strong internal and external client relationships is a strength. 

General Responsibilities:



  • Develop & maintain collaborative relationships with our clients and business & technology stakeholders

  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to develop an in depth understanding of the clients remarketing processes and their internal systems that support them and how they will integrate

  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications

  • Define requirements/specifications, process maps, data maps, and more as required for client signoff, engineering, product, training and other groups to ensure alignment on the solution

  • Assist with configuration and testing of the software product

  • Conduct daily operational checks to validate that programs are operating smoothly

  • Recognize and gather relevant information on customer issues/scenarios requiring further solutions; Escalates such issues according to standard escalation process and/or the support process

  • Coordinate work and information between different units within the company

  • Monitor and analyze performance data and reports results to appropriate parties

  • Support status meetings with client and internal teams

  • Support software deployments, including UAT testing and production validation

  • Other projects and tasks as assigned






  • B.S or B.A degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a technology or project management environment preferred
  • Experience of business analysis in enterprise software implementations
  • Agile software development experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
  • Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment and ability to contribute to a growing team
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams internally and externally to achieve results
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • The ability to foster valued client relationships
  • The ability to be self-organized and define and deliver on priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and reliability
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
  • Professional knowledge of market segment, industry and technology trends a benefit
