The Director, Implementation will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of best in class product installations for our clients at VinSolutions. This proven leader will have a strong ability to influence and work with various roles including team members, clients, vendors and cross-functional resources while being focused on the end result of bringing the client onto the suite of products as soon as possible. Daily duties will include managing and mentoring a team of implementation managers and leading the charge with internal teams on process improvements.
• Ensure the Implementation team attains their monthly activation goals by meeting client go-live dates while achieving a superior level of customer satisfaction during the onboarding process.• Ensure ongoing monitoring and compliance with implementation process requirements and SLAs• Work with internal and external client teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide the technical integration process, assist with problem solving, and manage internal resources to resolve various customer issues.• Analyze existing team structure, review against company growth plans for the year and beyond and then plan and execute a future growth strategy. Develop budgets, staffing requirements, meet hiring schedules.• Conduct regular gap analysis to identify service expansion needs or service offering changes.• Lead team member (individual and manager) development through clear goal setting, training plans, regular mentoring and performance reviews. • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, operations, performance management and other business units/teams.• Maintains expert level knowledge of Cox Automotive products, as well as the industry expertise, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, pursuing certifications• Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.Qualifications:• 10+ years management experience in a professional services, technology, or consulting workplace• Possess strong business acumen and customer focus • High energy, enthusiastic, proactive and results-oriented • An analytical mind capable for “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities • Experience developing, tracking, and measuring team and individual performance metrics• Must demonstrate relationship building, networking and collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.
Preferred Qualificaitons:• Experience with CRM software• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce• Automotive industry experience
Education Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or industry knowledge
