The Senior Product Marketing Manager (for SaaS based solutions) is tasked with the creation and execution of marketing plans that can be tracked, measured, and aligned with sales strategies to meet overall line of business revenue goals. The role will focus on go to market sales and engagement strategies for K-12 SaaS supplemental, assessment, and intervention solutions within the Supplemental, Intervention, and Services (SIS) division of HMH. In this role, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will work in conjunction with multiple field teams and cross functional lines of business that include core solutions and services.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager works with both the Director and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Core Product Marketing, Customer Success, Learning Architecture, Production, Product Development, Creative) to develop, conceptualize, execute, measure and track the go-to-market strategy for product portfolio. This Senior Product Marketing Manager reports directly to and closely coordinates with the Director of Product Marketing, Next Gen Digital Solutions
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in K-12 SaaS marketing and possesses a skillset that includes digital marketing experiences and the use of 21st century tactics and tools that drives new sales, expansion, and retention growth. A leader by nature, the candidate will exude the daily energy and optimism needed to deliver product value proposition to both internal constituents. Experience driving strategy and measuring results required. Exemplary written and oral communication skills required.
Education & Experience:
BS/BA in related disciplines with 5+ years of related industry or functional experience.
Minimum 5 years' marketing experience in EdTech, K-12 publishing or related field of education, or digital SaaS based marketing.
M.A. or M.Ed. preferred Experience creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns through multiple channels that drive demand, including print, digital, and educational.

Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including the ability to persuasively present subscription model and AI messaging to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Self-starter: Driven to exceed goals, anticipate marketing needs and take ownership of competitive analyses and documentation.
Possesses deep understanding of the needs of students, admins, and educators and is able to translate this understanding into customer-centric marketing strategies and deliverables.
