Job Description:
Our client is a top leader in Tech, and they are currently seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join their team for 3+ months, 40 hours/week.

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for:
- Provide answers to product questions and assist educating on new products & tools
- Provide troubleshooting support to resolve issues by investigating issues and managing the troubleshooting process
- Manage account creation process
- Submit and manage operational requests
- Assist in RFP process and reporting needs

The Client Solutions Manager will have:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years of experience in the digital media industry is preferred
- High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams at a time with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data preferred
