Job Description:
Our client in Scottsdale is hiring for a Partner Marketing Manager to join their team, full time.

This will be 40 hours per week, M-F.

What you will be doing:
- Working w/ Strategic Partners to develop / manage relationships
- Collaborate and build cross functional marketing campaigns
- Creating / managing the production of Marketing Collateral
- Establish effective relationships with key partner contacts to facilitate and build a thriving go-to-market partnership
- Lead the design and execution of strategic and tactical plans to support regional, national, and global goals
- Building marketing and sales programs leveraging partner resources and services, ensuring brand, messaging, and timing consistency with corporate brand standards
- Provide marketing program recommendations to drive revenue and brand awareness through established partner channels and/or new channels
- Create content (collateral, presentations, emails, webinars) and communications to educate and activate partner stakeholders and sales representatives
- Administer and maintain partner portals, systems, and processes to maximize partnership value and growth
- Prepare and present regular partnership status updates and program performance reports for executive leaders
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate and collaborate on regional and global partner events, including seminars, tradeshows and networking events
- Actively coordinate and support all aspects of the partnership, as needed

What you need to know:
-BS / BA degree in Business or Marketing
-5+ years of marketing experience
-2+ years of partner marketing or partner management experience
-Strong experience executing results-driven multi-touch marketing campaigns
-Proven success managing multiple complex intercompany and interdepartmental projects and deadlines
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills across departments and organizations
-Superior presentation and writing skills, samples desired

*A plus would be having B2B software experience*
