Davler Media is looking for a Director of Marketing to direct communication, community relations, strategic partnerships, event and digital strategies for their various brands including NYMetroParents (, Metrosource (, City Guide (, and more. This is an ideal position for an established media marketer interested in working across various brands, parenting, LGBTQ, tourism and others, with a largely integrated product line. Davler Media works hard to build and maintain their various brands with great success. The Director of Marketing will leverage these strong brands to build partnerships, boost readership and engagement, and boost overall brand recognition.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience with integrated marketing including print
  • Strong track record of building and leveraging partnerships
  • Great knowledge of digital platforms, email marketing, social media, SEO
  • Strong communication skills – written & oral
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A keen eye for details and design
  • Ability to multi-task and react quickly to new challenges
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and competing deadlines
  • Strong work ethic & willing to go the extra mile
  • Team-oriented attitude


  • 10 years minimum experience in marketing
  • Media marketing experience to both consumers and businesses
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital media marketing, and Facebook/other social media platforms
  • Event marketing
  • BS or MBA
