The CRM Sales Enablement Manager is
responsible for the overall adoption, reporting, analytics and execution of the
sales road map as it pertains to needs/uses of the tool.   This
person will provide support, management, and direction to a team of information
service architects, analysts, end users and third-party resources in support of
all global sales systems at Manheim.



 



This position is responsible for
managing sales and CRM applications, including Salesforce.com and Geopointe and
other key sale team enabling platforms. Reporting to the Manager, CRM Sales
Enablement, the successful candidate will execute the system strategy that
drives sales innovation and supports cost-effective technology solutions.



 



This position will have daily
contact with cross-functional teams including sales, sales strategy, marketing,
dealer services and CRM administration and will ensure that all sales system
functionality meets company sales objectives, as well as the needs of over 2000
sales and services employees.



 



This position will be accountable
to deliver scalable and sustainable technology solutions for the sales teams,
while ensuring system effectiveness and optimization. The successful candidate
will also be accountable for sales tool enhancements, data and performance
analysis.

blend of technology acumen, leadership, and project management skills that
manifests itself in a high-impact manager capable of delivering operational
excellence.



 



Key Responsibilities:




Responsible for overall adoption,
reporting and analytics around a key customer facing tool for both the
Dealer Sales and the Dealer Services teams.
Partner with sales leadership and key
stakeholders to drive innovation through technical and cost-effective
system solutions.
Plan at a strategic/ tactical level
and manage the effective use of resources.
Develop and monitor effective
evaluation metrics and reporting mechanisms to ensure the impact of the IS
strategy is translated quickly into performance in a clear and measurable
way. 
Partners with key internal decision
makers for CRM Development, Sales Effectiveness, Strategy as well as Field
Sales Operations to ensure tools and adoption rates continue to grow.
Represents the sales organization as the
Sales CRM development and processes liaison for the CRM Development team.
Oversees sales tool development for
all sales teams, dealer services and management reporting.
Creator of adoption rate management
and productivity:  note Sales Effectiveness team executes on via
training.
Owns dashboard creation and connectivity
for sales and dealer services.
Expert and SME on SFDC and tools that
are attached:  GeoPointe
Key partner with Sales Effectiveness
team and Sales Strategy.
Builds strong lasting relationships
with internal partners and is considered the ultimate team player and
collaborator.
Manages escalated service issues by
working with internal partners fostering a timely resolution of concerns.

Qualifications:

Requirements/Qualifications



 



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.






Experience:


3
years previous experience in a sales leadership or support role with a
proven track record of success.
Leadership
experience with an outside and geographically remote team is
preferred. 
Past
success in developing new business from prospects as well as an existing
customer base is desired. Experience leading in a culture of change as
well as an evolving industry is a plus.
