Senior Manager, Campaign and Digital Strategies
- Full Time
The National Women’s Law Center seeks an experienced organizer and communicator to support issue campaigns and other initiatives that advance progress for historically marginalized women and girls at school, at work, at home, and in their communities. The Senior Manager for CDS will use both digital and offline tools to develop and implement compelling, creative and effective advocacy campaigns in the areas of education and workplace justice.
The National Women’s Law Center fights for gender justice — in the courts, in public policy, and in our society — working across the issues that are central to the lives of women and girls.
We use the law in all its forms to change culture and drive solutions to the gender inequity that shapes our society and to break down the barriers that harm all of us — especially those who face multiple forms of discrimination, including women of color, LGBTQ people, and low-income women and families.
For more than 45 years, we have been on the leading edge of every major legal and policy victory for women. For more information on the Center, visit www.nwlc.org.

The ideal candidate will possess:
At least five years’ experience running issue advocacy and/or local campaigns, organizing, and/or digital advocacy.
Experience supervising, managing or coordinating the work of staff, interns, or volunteers.

Experience in effectively building and maintaining relationships with coalition partners and other stakeholders a plus.
Strong writing skills and experience writing across platforms and for diverse audiences.
Experience in planning rallies, protests, and other events a plus.
Experience and judgment working both collaboratively and independently.
The ability to be self-directed, work well with competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience with other Law Center issues (e.g., reproductive rights, health care, child care access, income security and public benefit programs), or issues related to gender justice, racial justice, reproductive justice or LGBTQ+ equality a plus.
Hands-on experience with communications tools such as social media platforms and analytics, eCRMS, webinars, action alerts, listservs, and databases a plus.
