Posting Salary: $95K-$105K range


Position Summary:

The Solutions Sales Manager will lead the Solutions sales team who are responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth of CEB Solutions into the solo- mid-sized law firms segments of the market.


Special Conditions of Employment:



Travel outside of normal business hours




Reaching and exceeding the targets and goals agreed to for the CEB Solutions Sales team


Reporting on sales results, pipeline and activity on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis, having implemented accurate forecasting metrics with the sales team, mastered reporting capabilities and devised productivity benchmarks


Actively identifying growth opportunities to deliver revenue requirements through the creation and implementation of a sales strategy for each Sales Rep


Creating business plans in collaboration with Sales Representatives to reach or exceed individual quotas


Attract and develop sales talent (maintain a pipeline of potential candidates)


Create and implement development plans for each Sales Rep, acting as a coach to guide and advise individuals on their career progression in parallel to the day to day management of their actions and activity; create performance improvement plans as necessary


Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets


Mentor team in the field as needed


Personally engage in sales activities when needed


Proactively leading or collaborating with Product, Sales & Marketing teams on deal, opportunity and segment analysis


Effectively manage all direct reports and ensure all team members are knowledgeable on products, industry trends, customers and competitors


Stay up to date with products and competitors
