Provides virtual and onsite leadership to the
seven Sales Support Specialists located across the country.   Guide
and direct the SSS team to successfully support residential sales teams in
meeting or exceeding their sales performance indicators. Enables collaboration
with local, regional, and national clients and partners to ensure business
objectives are met or exceeded. Coordinates and facilitates communications,
defines processes, and ensures operational effectiveness.  








Major Tasks








Provides leadership
to ensure proper communication and workflow with the Field Sales Operations
team and all national and field leaders



Assists in tactical
and strategic business planning and execution


Oversees all support
initiatives and monitors quality of work output of the support team including PSC
Sales Appt Routing, DSR Turf Assignments, Compliance Audits, DSR onboarding,
and MDU Portfolio Balancing.

processes to resolve/address/make decisions regarding process system issues


project management as needed and other general duties as assigned

Coordinates pilot
testing of new sales operations or support initiatives; nests existing

Facilitates ad hoc
training, research, and reporting and onsite support for Field Sales special


Monitors and ensures
compliance with all company policies


Coaches and develops
direct reports in all areas of performance


Disseminates company
goals and provides direction to support company mission


Travels to various sales locations
to lead direct reports and meet with clients/partners


Provides Field Sales advocacy for
national initiatives/meetings
































High School Diploma,
GED or relevant work experience































5+ years of related
experience in client services, sales, care, field or related customer support
or sales capacity


Strong quantitative,
analytical, and conceptual thinking skills and attention to detail


Excellent verbal and
written communications


Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook


Demonstrated ability
to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external
customers and quickly adapt to changes in process, requirements, goals, and
organizational change


Ability to
effectively motivate and engage direct reports to achieve and surpass goals


Demonstrated ability
to coach and develop staff


Proven ability to
execute tactical goals in support of national strategy and vision


Available to work
and/or manage flexible schedules





















Ability to
travel up to 25% of time


































BS/BA degree in
related discipline



2+ years of
experience in a management role or leading cross functional projects


3+ years in Cox Sales
or Sales Support/Operations role


Significant and
current ICOMS expertise
