Role Summary/Purpose:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating product packages and title availability lists for international Sales Executives in support of negotiations and incremental sales. This position will be responsible for managing sales planning efforts to support international licensing and schedules via the in-house database (SAFE). This individual will report to the Director, International Sales Planning.

Essential Responsibilities:Update WW EST and VOD master library lists.Support Sales team with preparation of by territory customized availability reports.
  • Assist Director in compilation of quarterly Studio Canal Currents Summary report.
  • Assist Director in tracking Third Party sales information and communicate this to TV distribution. Input sales into SAFE to provide accurate windowing information.
  • Become an expert in the Universal catalogue to better tailor product availability lists.Maintenance of Avail Tracker database. Assist on ad hoc projects and perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by management

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Must have superior Excel skills with experience in creating and using macros and complex analysis formulas as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
