ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be a key staff member in ensuring that the department runs efficiently. You’ll use your problem-solving skills in a variety of areas: identifying production budget estimate discrepancies, analyzing data, and budget creation to name a few. You’ll also be able to step in and help the Production Controllers as necessary. This role will provide ample opportunity for you to use your skills, develop more, and grow within the company.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

You’ll get to know your team and the wider organization, and how each group functions independently as well as part of the whole. You’ll establish key relationships with your peers and key stakeholders. You’ll provide insight to budgetary issues and offer solutions.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Your supervisor regularly counts on you and the solutions you bring to the table. You bring a vibrancy and new ideas to meetings. You get kudos from not only your immediate team, but from others throughout the organization for your ability to connect as well as to get the job done. And you have grown your own skills and can point to evidence in your improved work product.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You possess:

  • Financial aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to not only perform, but excel in high pressure situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably, a familiarity with AVID INews and SchedulAll.
