Extract and analyze data from marketing and business data sources, including Google Analytics, Doubleclick, AdWords, Facebook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ad/social platforms.Develop and refine key reports, dashboards, models and presentation decks to measure campaign performance and set benchmarks.Provide insights to optimize in-flight campaign performance and identify learnings and trends for future campaigns.Stay current on digital media measurement tools, best practices and research with an emphasis on measurement issues such as attribution, data collection, and targeting.Work with internal Digital Media, Brand Marketing and Consumer Insights teams and external media Agencies along the campaign reporting process.Support sales teams on account specific testing strategies and measurement.Oversee implementation of pixels and other tracking, remarketing and conversion tech (including affiliate programs).Coordinate with Theatrical’s Global Data Strategy team and expand and extend on title-level insights.
The Manager, Digital Media Analytics provides data-driven, digital media insights to internal stakeholders and agency partners through on-going analysis and reports.
This position will partner with the Digital Media team to provide day-to-day campaign reporting operations, including analyzing online data streams, approving in-campaign optimizations, defining reporting requirements, and developing reports and dashboards.
This position requires not only quantitative data analysis skills and a true passion for data, but also strong communication skills and a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset. Job Duties
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in media campaign reporting or digital analytics.
Knowledge of Adtech, Martech, and Social Platforms.
Experience with marketing and/or ad operations.
Deep knowledge of reporting/analytics process.
Experience in consolidating and reconciling data across different systems.
Familiarity with databases and segmentation.
