This position will provide administrative support to the senior leaders of the NBC News and MSNBC marketing team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Job Duties
· Arranging and maintaining daily schedules and travel itineraries for multiple senior leaders
· Arranging meetings, including arranging for facilities/equipment, preparing of agenda, and communicating/follow up with attendees
· Contribute and participate in department strategy and creative meetings
· Compose and prepare communications and/or correspondence with internal and external contacts, typical in high-pressure situations, and under tight deadlines
· Help prepare and execute PowerPoint presentations
· Process expense reports
· Maintain departmental spreadsheets
· Assist with staffing needs at NBC News and MSNBC marketing events including the TODAY Plaza

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1-year of administrative experience or professional marketing experience
• High-level proficiency in MS Office Suit

Additional Job Requirements
• Must be willing to work in New York
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
