Role Summary:Universal is currently conducting a search for a Vice President of Marketing Post Production. This position will manage the finishing workflows for all A/V marketing materials for worldwide theatrical and home entertainment titles.
Essential Responsibilities:Manage an in-house team of editors, finishers, and mixers
Oversee Trailer and TV Spot finishing
Liaison with internal creative advertising clients
Support the Digital Marketing, Focus Features, Brand, Multi-Cultural, Partnerships, and Home Entertainment teams
Manage both domestic and international versioning and localization
Coordinate with media team for network deadlines and clearances
Liaison with the MPAA for advertising approvals
Verify legal and music clearances
Manage schedules and deadlines
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Basic Qualifications: Seven (7) years minimum experience in film marketing post production
Demonstrated igh level experience with broadcast/film finishing materials
Familiarity with feature editorial and VFX pipelines
Proven ability to lead, manage, train and motivate a multi-person team
Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple, high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work extended hours.

B.A. Degree in Radio, Television and Film, or related subject is preferred
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and diplomatic skills, including the ability to work successfully within a collaborative team environment, interact with a wide range of personalities/styles and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Must have strong organizational skills
