Candidate should have 1 year of client service experience, either in entertainment field or service industry. Candidate should have interest in working hands-on as part of a team in a very busy post production environment. Should possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly prioritize needs with a sense of urgency and with little supervision. Must be able to juggle multiple demands simultaneously. This position interacts with Producers, Technical Staff and Administrative staff and must have a keen instinct regarding when and how to approach clients. Must have excellent follow through. This position will report directly to the VP, StudioPost and will be managed daily by Project Managers and facility managers, as per responsibilities required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities):
•Interact with in house staff and clients to make sure client needs are met in terms of snacks, meals, office supplies
•Keep track of and reconcile purchases, including expenses to managers Company credit cards
•Ensure all supplies are adequately stocked on a daily basis (pantry and office supplies)
•Stock kitchen/refrigerators, order and deliver meals, baskets, etc.
•Regular work hours are 8:00AM – 5:00PM, unless otherwise requested by supervisor.
•All other duties as assigned.
