Happy you are reading on as we are the team that gets stuff done, has fun, and celebrates the wins!  Who are we?  Dealertrack Registration and Title.  Dealertrack Registration and Title was acquired by Cox Automotive in 2015 and our marketing team needs you!  Dealertrack Registration and Title is dedicated to driving a simple and easy registration and title process for vehicles that dealers take in on trade in hopes to sell to new, prospective customers as well as enable electronic registration and title for vehicles they sell off their lot (both new and used) while staying compliant with all DMV and state rules and regulations. Doing this in a way that helps consumers reduce the friction in the buying process – to help them get in and out of the dealership in an efficient manner and with a smile on their face is key – all while helping the dealer adopt innovative technology that cuts time in the process, increases their dealership efficiency and more. 
The primary role of the Product Marketing Specialist is to focus on Dealertrack Registration and Title products – both our cross border solution, RegUSA, as well as our in-state registration and title products.  Under general supervision, this individual is responsible to work closely with several internal stakeholders to execute on driving awareness, lead generation to beget revenue, and utilization of solutions with a rock-solid product marketing plan and execution against the plan. This individual will execute and activate marketing campaigns by developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience about the Registration and Title products and inspire dealers to continue to use the solution, helping increase results in sales revenue, market share, utilization, and advocacy.  
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Product marketing campaign execution (online/offline). Campaign Systems execution support.  Working with the Product Marketing Managers within your team assist with the execution of product marketing campaigns, programs and promotions. Some elements of what you will do is listed here but not limited to the following:Actively support and manage the identified product marketing plans and execution to ensure corporate objectives and deadlines are being met.  Supports the development of quarterly, comprehensive marketing plans on how you will drive impactful business results (plans to include but not limited to: goals, strategies, tactics, phased campaign components, and more). Helps to identify and execute the appropriate marketing tactics for specified objectives and strategies including advertising, collateral, public relations, direct marketing, digital marketing, SEM, social media, and other tactics as appropriateWrite clear, concise and strategic messaging to drive traffic that includes emails, promotions, direct mail pieces and other marketing materials that drive business results Supports the coordination and implementation of all campaigns utilizing marketing automation systems (email, social, web and more) .  Assist in editing online content updates using content management system as needed.  Owns updating product marketing material, sales enablement material, both internal and external materials as needed.Supports creation of message/content and completion of sales enablement assets Supports creation of emails, internal communication and presentation decks updating on status across the business Assist Product Marketing Managers by conducting business analytics, segmentation and execution assessment and recommendations Assists the team in conducting business and campaign analytics, segmentation and campaign execution assessment and leading to future campaign / program recommendations.  Based on overall strategy and execution plan, support development of thought leadership content and material to build industry & first-party event execution where required / identifiedSupport team on managing budgetQUALIFICATIONS:Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment. Proficiency computer and technology skills 
EDUCATION REQUIRED:BS in marketing/communications or equivalent degree OR an equivalent combinations of education and work experience.3+ years’ experience in related fieldWork experience in financial industry, auto, or B2B markets a plus
