The Owned Stations Group's Sales Marketing is looking for a Marketing Custom Content Planner. The Planner is primarily responsible for:

Production Support
  • Manage integration deliverables with sales and production for LXTV shows and commercial content related to LX/Sky production
  • Connect directly to client as support for sales and production
  • Daily communication with clients regarding production deliverables
  • Collecting client assets, providing timelines, treatments, scripts
  • Manage production trackers / timelines/google documents for production
  • Maintain sales integration archive – manage and file materials for use by sales and production
  • Attend shoots to support production, and manage client needs
  • Manage clearance of some programming to stations and affiliates
  • Attending production meetings to outline integration needs
  • Marketing
  • Update Sales Materials – graphics/research/talent/program information
  • Create sales decks and customize presentations for sales
  • Create pricing plans for multi-market custom content campaigns
  • Sales Support
  • Consistent liaison between sales and production
  • Direct report to Brand/VP – in sales efforts, client relations, proposals
  • Client contact in fulfilment/execution of campaigns
  • Gather assets, supporting sales on production/client calls
  • Provide assets to client post air, and recap campaigns
  • Traffic
  • Coordinate materials and communicate with station operations regarding traffic/commercials, production delivery
  • Tracking success of delivery/and archiving content
  • Social/Digital
  • Working with production and digital teams to activate non-linear content to support campaigns
  • Monitor social activation to insure execution, successful results.


  • u>Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications or Equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 Years related experience preferred
  • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and handle projects independently, as well as part of a team
  • Experienced in client interactions
  • Strong communication skills, Team Player
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, WideOrbit
  • 3-5 Years related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sales systems (WideOrbit, Sales Force)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Ability to alternate from detailed work to client interaction seamlessly
  • Basic production knowledge
