Digital Ad Manager

Our client, a fast-growing digital agency, is looking for a Digital Ad Manager to join the team Full Time.
The Digital Ad Manager will be responsible for owning the digital media planning and managing the real-time digital buys across platforms and campaigns. In this role you will be reporting directly into one of the Co-Founders.
Digital Ad Manager Responsibilities:
- Working on things like programmatic display, direct sponsored buys, program native buys, streaming video ads, podcast ads, digital OOH buys, etc...
- Ability to wear many hats and eventually build out a team underneath you once you've established and grown into the role
- Setup and manage real-time digital buys across platforms and campaigns
- Relentlessly test and optimize campaign variants to ensure the best results
Digital Ad Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience where you have worn many hats related to Digital Ads/ online media buying
- If you've just posted Facebook Ads or done search marketing, this is not the right role!
- Have a foundation of buying knowledge, with the ideation of starting small, testing/learning what works and adapting based on results
- Must be data driven and performance focused across social
