Happy you are reading on as we are the team that gets stuff done, has fun, and celebrates the wins!  The primary role of the Senior Manager Marketing, Marketing Operations is to delight and engage customers across the workflow and across Dealertrack F&I Dealer & Lender audience, Dealertrack Registration & Title, and F&I Express. You are tech savvy and play a critical role in engaging our clients via marketing programs and campaigns focused on building stronger relationships with customers and potential customers through strategic initiatives that deliver high value resulting in deeper customer enablement, adoption and increased loyalty. In the short term, you will also be leading product and initiative campaigns in existing systems. As systems are unified across businesses, you will focus on nurturing programs building a community of fanatic brand advocates.  
The position will be directly responsible for developing the strategic customer marketing plan through digital interactions. This role is critical to establishing value to our customers by delivering quality marketing touches through a variety of channels. This person will rely on their previous experience to bring best practices and expertise to developing a customer marketing plan and will help guide the business with strategic initiatives and measurable results. As a voice of our customer, this role will also influence our product marketing strategy and incorporate lessons learned in real time and provide regular feedback. 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Automated Customer Programs Lead: Provide clear direction to direct(s) to enable them to build and implement campaigns and programs utilizing existing marketing automation systems, social, and more while meeting or beating results expectations. Guide the team on how automated customer marketing---implement across a wide variety of channels & platforms including web, email, search, social, paid media, and more.   Optimize customer engagement and enablement resulting in conversions from awareness to engagement opt-in, leads to closed won etc. Lead implementation of quality comprehensive marketing customer campaigns and customer-based account marketing. 
Database Analytics Lead: Own business analysis/reporting roll-up at Senior levels. Generate campaign based and monthly reports on our marketing campaign/program performance. Provide guidance back to the team based on learnings. Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures. Provide guidance back to the team based on learnings. Marketing Technology Platforms/Automation: Lead to ensure the team has the right tools deployed to drive best-in-class business results (including but not limited to: engagement, pipeline, loyalty, etc.) Key POC with Corporate Enterprise Technology Key martech systems lead for Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and more.  Along with Dealertrack.com Owner for Dealertrack and F&I Express website owner: Strategy and direction supporting the business. Input into contract terms and needs to enable our business. Ensure clear rationalization on impact if we do not obtain the aspects requested within the contract. Provide rollups across the team based on team input and communicate status.SFDC Marketing Business Admin: Key point of contact with the relevant teams to ensure our systems are integrated with SFDC and ability for proper data for better engaging and understanding the customer.Lead the recommendation for new systems/platforms to enable the team for better customer engagement. Manage and direct the rollout of new systems ensuring team is aware, relevant team members trained, templates provided and training as needed. 
Lead content and Social roles.  Scale and ensure impact
Be compelling! Own communication internally and externally for all aspects of your business. Manage and own campaign/always-on program marketing calendar and timelines.Key liaison to the Marketing Operations team, building relationships and partnerships with the team and integrating into their release timing. Be the first to offer pilots and lead in unexpected ways. You will be asked to provide simplified, visual/impactful summary of business status and quarterly marketing plans and results. 
Manage/Own Your Business. Know where you stand! Manage and own your budget achieving within +/-2% to budget/target. Understand return on marketing investment (ROMI) for what has been/will be implemented. Know when to get more money for greater impact when needed and sell it! Own business analysis/reporting rollup at Sr levels according to the teams / leads rhythm of business (Weekly Updates, Mthly Review/Update/BUR’s, etc)Own the creation and development of “correction of error” (C.O.E.) plans based on monthly business status. Be a Subject Matter Expert. Be a SME individuals can rely on. Be the top customer experience and marketing automation evangelist identifying how we could pilot and bring into what we do.  QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency computer and technology skills (experience with MS Office Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Social Media Platforms, Sales Enablement Platforms and other technology systems, etc.)
 Tech savvy - Comfort reading and editing HTML and/or CSS. JavaScript and AmpScript a plus. Experience creating and executing customer marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagementAbility to expand your knowledge in all things customer relationship, automated marketing-related and more – you’ll need to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements, techniques, and technologiesJack- or Jill-of-all-trades personality – you must be comfortable with evolving the role and responsibilities as we integrate systems/platforms. Able to learn technical systems and in-house tools quickly.Proven comfort and success in generating, collecting, and interpreting data and analytics. You should have a secret (or not so secret) love for Excel, and experience using Salesforce and platforms like Google Analytics and others to understand the customer and our opportunity.Resourceful and enthusiastic self-starter who is able to lead marketing strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment, work with a wide range of stakeholders and drive projects forward from start to finish.Excellent time management and project prioritization skills. Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:BS/BA degree in related discipline with advance degree preferred.Generally 10 years of experience with at least 3 years' experience in a management/leadership role.7+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing, Marketing automation, customer experience programs required.7+ years’ experience operating a marketing automation platform (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud), with an advanced understanding of creating customer engagement marketing strategy using automated nurture streams across multiple channels. This may include SEO, Paid Search, Video, Email, Web, landing pages, Social Media, Display Advertising, etc.Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms.
