Product Manager - Broadband Devices

The Broadband Devices Product Manager is the
end-to-end product owner, providing continuous and visible leadership for
current syndicated devices product performance and future development and
deployment plans focused on the syndication roadmap. The Product Manager is accountable for and
serves as an authority on all aspects of the syndicated broadband product
portfolio's life-cycle including: development, QA testing process, field trials,
go-to-market, launch, customer experience, financial and operating metrics,
enhancement priorities and product roadmaps; Champion for change and/or
enhancements to satisfy customer needs and optimize customer experience through
product innovation and/or improvements to internal organization, processes and
technology; Operates with considerable latitude for independent judgment;
Negotiates issues with peers and 1st level Mgmt. to synthesize ideas and
solutions that impact operational results.; Responsible for product program(s)
that involve single to multi-year plans; Develops, or provides guidance to develop,
innovative solutions to highly complex matters; Provides influence and
leadership to cross-functional teams and other stakeholders on ideas and
solutions that impact industry and/or corporate results; Provide mentorship
and guidance to team members and associates.

or more years of experience required in related field (e.g. Technology,
Marketing, Process Improvement, etc.)
or more years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced
experience and/or understanding of the Internet space, underlying networks and
related services are required. Working
knowledge of IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, DOCSIS, xPON and MPLS is critical.
have experience designing, testing, or supporting a DOCSIS network or its
subcomponents. Should have in-depth knowledge of networking technologies
including wireless, firewalls, VPN, switches, storage technology and network
working with Comcast syndication process a plus.
excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful
delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
the ability to work closely and effectively with Senior and Executive level

strong technical and market knowledge.
degree in related discipline strongly desired (e.g. Business Administration,
Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
in telecommunications or high-tech environment.
