Role Summary   A business analyst that provides analysis and program/project management support as needed for key initiatives. An expert in reporting, analysis, and metrics; Has advanced understanding; typically assigned to larger, highly complex projects requiring independent decision-making; Partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on ideas and solutions that impact operational results.  

  Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Analyzes market trends; coordinates and communicates with others to determine appropriate responses.
  • Support channel strategies, programs and initiatives from start through completion via cross functional teams 
  • Provides project management support of key channel initiatives
  • Support the development and execution of testing strategies to improve program effectiveness 
  • Provides and conducts analytic efforts to support business operations.                                  
  • Interprets and develops operational requirements for inclusion in studies and analysis    
  • Provides recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assists in policy development to support change initiatives                                                          
  • Facilitates meetings and presentations to senior leadership                                         
  • Provide ongoing workforce analysis and budget recommendations
  • Cross functional involvement in support of the following functions within Customer Support: Reporting and Analysis, Work Force Management, Field Sales Teams & Telephony and CRM tools.      
  • Supports capability development within the delivery organization; including reviews, gap assessments and work to source and deliver strategies.
  • Conducts business impact analyses and validation studies and market research through all stages: concept formulation, definition of metrics, determination of appropriate methodology, research evaluation, and final research report.              
  • Writes reports, creates charts, presentations and timelines in support of department or business operations.                                                               
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in analytical procedure or cross-functional methods.   
  • May write code to automate reports and templates and consolidate data into reports and knowledge.                                                   
  • May use program statistical analysis software     
  • 5 or more years of experience in related field (i.e. business management, sales, marketing, sales operations, data analysis, metrics, etc.) 
  • 3 or more years of experience if candidate possesses a related advanced degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment with analysts, clients, and partner functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and fast turn-around times.
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline. Master's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred
  • Direct Sales / Home Security (PSC) Leadership experience Highly Preferred
  • Excel and MicroStrategy experience preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
