  • Leadership duties include managing and developing Local Station Duopoloy Promotion and Commercial Producers
  • Train and motivate team to achieve department and station goals
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Creative Services
  • Be a brand ambassador for station, ensure all creative reflects, enhances and moves brand forward
  • Write, produce and edit high-end, breakthrough news promotional spots
  • Work closely with team to produce stand out local news image campaigns with creative for all platforms
  • Understand local news audience and targeting promotion to increase viewership
  • Schedule and direct video and photo shoots
  • Manage outside media asset delivery
  • Manage promo placement on station logs
  • File compliance reports as necessary
  • Serve as key point of contact on various network initiatives
  • Supervise producer and videographer schedules for news and commercial production



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in creative software tools Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe® After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

  • Experience in local news broadcasting and digital marketing or production
  • Preferable degree in marketing, advertising, communications or television production
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Previous management experience
  • Media Sales knowledge and understanding.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency in creative software tools Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe® After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Audition.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
  • Adapts to change rapidly, handles multiple assignments well, functions well under pressure, and reprioritizes quickly without compromising quality.
  • Successful candidate is highly organized and excels at planning and executing.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess a professional approach, proven good judgment and high ethics.
