Provider Performance Manager - East Coast

As a trusted partner with our F&I aftermarket insurance providers, the Provider Performance Manager is responsible for maintaining and generating additional revenue with Finance and Insurance Providers and their agents.  The Provider Performance Manager is the main point of contact, and is responsible for executing the strategy, vision and operating plan for the Cox Automotive F&I Express team.  








  • Ability to work remotely while effectively managing the progress and results of all assigned agencies in the agent network.  
  • Manage and enhance partner relationships with C-level leadership positions with the focus of articulating the value of F&I Express/Cox Automotive and partner product offerings through regular client engagement via phone and in-person visits as needed.


    Proactively monitor and analyze provider performance and trends to determine adjustments to expectations, goals, and objectives in order to achieve desired utilization and results. 


    Determine needs for additional resources in order to maintain continued success with all aftermarket agencies.


    Actively participate in product development/enhancement review sessions to continue in development as aftermarket/agent expert.


    Maintain ongoing communication with customers' Business and IT teams on issues affecting daily operations including functionality enhancements, new product launches, fixes. Act as escalation point for service inquiries, training, billing, and reporting.


    Primary resource to support the demonstration of our products and services with our Partners' executive leadership and supporting teams.


    Generate additional revenue by promoting F&I Express/Cox Automotive and partners solutions to assigned agencies.


    Determine needs for additional resources in order to maintain continued success with all providers. 



    Bachelor’s Degree
    required (or equivalent combination of education and industry related work


    7+ years of
    experience in an automotive dealership F&I manager/director position


    Proficient in
    understanding F&I market place with strong organizational and account
    management skills



    understanding of automotive aftermarket/insurance company, agent and dealership
    operationsStrong analytic
    skills with the ability to translate data trending into key actionable business


    communication skills in order to successfully interact effectively with C-Level
    and Executive Management as well as dealership personnel


    Expertise with MS
    Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint


    Must have a high
    level of comfort with automotive dealership technology and the ability to learn
    and adapt to new and changing technology


    Requires physical
    ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully
    within required timeframes in order to meet business requirements.
