Role Summary:
Universal Brand Development’s Multimedia team manages the vision and voice of our leadership and global brand through five key disciplines: pitch and presentation design, sales materials development, event design, asset management and production.

Reporting to the VP, Multimedia Creative, the Sr. Manager, Creative will be experienced in developing creative strategy and hands on execution to elevate business units and brands. This role will work closely with the division head managing an extensive slate of creative projects, including presentation and event design.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes creative strategies and tools that guide enterprise, defines and shapes brands, and unlocks revenue
  • Designs, produces and updates presentations, ensuring exceptional creative quality, for internal and external use
  • Continuously pushes the boundaries of creativity in presentation work and storytelling to create dynamic pitch materials while upholding global brand standards
  • Design creative brand experiences including experiential marketing, trade shows, exhibits, events and installations
  • Provides senior creative leadership and partnership with key stakeholders across the organization to guide messaging and creative design
  • Leads research in trends, presentation design, event design and technology
  • Closely collaborates with project management team to ensure final delivery of all projects meet deadline and budget requirements
  • Strong voice in development and deployment of new processes to ensure team viability and growth
  • Offer onsite creative expertise for key events and meetings, as required
  • Oversees and manages internal creative personnel and external creative resources
  • Shapes best in class creative culture, mentoring talent and facilitating career growth


  • Qualifications
    •Bachelor’s Degree required
    •7+ years developing strategic creative programs
    •Technical expertise:
    oKeynote, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Video Editing Software
    oKnowledge of audio/visual systems for large-scale business meetings
    oAbility to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams
    •Prior experience working with “C”-level executives
    •Experience working with cross-functional teams
    •Experienced manager with demonstrated team leadership ability
