The Senior Product Manager for Mobility Fleet is responsible driving the Cox Automotive Data Solutions team’s efforts to develop, optimize, and support products that meet the needs of internal and external mobility fleet customers. This role will partner with technology and data science resources to define and deliver data-driven products and services that leverage a wide array of assets from Cox Automotive and beyond to help mobility fleet customers better understand, manage, and grow their platforms. It will also define the resources, processes, and procedures required to provide ongoing support and maintenance for these products. The Senior Product Manager for Mobility Fleet will collaborate with customers, sales, and support to understand their business requirements and establish a corresponding strategic vision and product roadmap. This position demands frequent interactions with internal and external partners, and the ability to clearly communicate the product strategy for mobility fleet optimizations across all levels of those organizations.


Establish strategic vision and extended roadmap for
products and services that meet the data needs of internal and external
mobility fleet customers

Collaborate with technology and data science
resources to develop data-driven products that enhance the ability of mobility fleet
customers to manage their platforms

Identify and help acquire data assets from
across Cox Automotive or other sources that can extend the relevant insights for
mobility fleets

Define the resources, processes, and procedures
necessary to provide ongoing support and maintenance

Institute key performance indicators to monitor
the health and efficacy of products 

Drive continuous optimization of products based
on customer feedback, performance results, and new capabilities

Interact regularly with customers, sales, and
support to capture business requirements and communicate the product strategy
and roadmap

Provide ongoing feedback for technology, data
science, and other partners to improve execution


·       8+
years of increasing and relevant experience in the automotive industry and
product management especially around inventory management or fleet operations

·       Academic
background or equivalent work experience in business, computer science,
mathematics, engineering, or related field

·       Demonstrated
strategic and analytical skills and business acumen, evidenced by a proven
track record in developing impactful, practical product/data strategies that
have been implemented successfully

·       Proven
execution and project management skills

·       Excellent
written and verbal communication abilities

·       Proven
ability to scope technical requirements for delivering measurement/analytics
plans and products

·       Proven
leadership skills in a global matrix environment, evidenced by obtaining
results through cross-functional, cross-business unit efforts across different
geographies and cultures

·       Previous
experience leading teams of senior professionals in data-related fields

·       Track
record of success establishing buy-in for ideas across functions and business
