Job Description:
Our FinTech client is in need of a Campaign Marketing Manager to join their team full-time!

The primary responsibilities for the successful Campaign Marketing Manager include:
- Partnering to successfully deliver on various online and offline marketing campaigns and projects from inception through reporting
- Deriving and using customer insights and data to better understand the customer
- Building brand, engagement or retention marketing programs
- Building programs from the bottom up quickly and with little previous framework
- Strategy, planning, development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives across channels (email, push notifications)
- Leveraging analytics, trended data and qualitative customer insights to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive higher lifetime value for target customer segment
A/B & multivariate testing experience
- Online digital acquisition/programmatic demand generation
- Working with outside agencies/outsourced partners
- Working with communications designer for creative assets
- Analyzing campaign performance and recommend optimization and reasoning behind suggestions, provide analysis of results

To be considered for this Campaign Marketing Manager role you must have:
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation applications like HubSpot, MailChimp, or Silverpop, Marketing cloud
- Familiarity with analytics apps like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Salesforce, Bizible
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. sales, support, customer success, customers, engineering)
- Outstanding problem solving skills; you're not just repeating a playbook; you're looking at every problem with fresh eyes and digging deep for insights and solutions
- Webinar creation experience a plus!
- Data driven, highly disciplined, self-motivated, and looking for growth
- Curious, self-starter who is comfortable juggling multiple projects and completing projects and tasks on time
