Rate: $70,000-$75,000; DOE

Job Description:
Our client is hiring for an Account Manager with Sustainability experience to join their growing team.

This will be onsite, 40 hours per week.

- Sustainability
- Energy

What you will be doing as an Account Manager:
- Primary responsibilities will include client management and reporting, quality control, project and team management, budget and resource management, deliverables and execution
- Serve as the primary client contact point for accounts you manage, providing day-to-day strategy input, feedback, updates and troubleshooting
- Set the schedule for routine status checks, planning and presentation meetings; run calls and in-person meetings, working with junior team members to prep speaking points
- Approve agendas and recaps prior to going to client
- Drive monthly status reports and annual/campaign recaps, working with junior team members and PR Managers to develop them; provide strategic insights and feedback
within reports to maintain an open feedback loop with clients
- Ensure both the accuracy of goal measurements reported to the client and that they are consistent with reporting and measurement practices set by the agency

What you need to know as an Account Manager:
- 5+ years of PR/marketing experience, preferably agency experience
- Familiar with relevant project management
- Expert in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of media and influencer databases and coverage tracking tools; social media channels and
publishing/community management platforms
- Strong PR/marketing strategy development, including broad knowledge of PR and digital marketing tactics and integrated campaigns
- PR/marketing reporting and analytics
- Project and team management; budget management; staff development; client relationship management and development
- Client relationship management; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including AP style; strong presentation development and delivery
