Job Description:

A global maritime company is looking for an Executive Communications Specialist to join its team. This is an ONSITE, FULL TIME role that starts in August.

The ideal Executive Communications Specialist has proven experience writing speeches, talking points and other content for C-suite level executives. In addition, the Executive Communications Specialist has energy experience.


+ Bachelor's degree

+ 10+ years of experience

+ Portfolio of writing samples (speeches, talking points, presentations, etc.)

+ Expert-level writing and editing

+ Strong communication skills

+ Experience crafting messaging for global companies

+ Ability to communicate C-suite executives

+ Ability to manage multiple projects at once

+ Experience with HTML and Photoshop

The Executive Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating several pieces of content for the client and ultimately create the voice of the client.


+ Work with marketing team to craft messaging

+ Create original content

+ Assist in the development of short- and long-term employee communications strategies.

+ Develop presentations, talking points, FAQs and other supporting collateral

+ Work with cross functional teams
