On Air Talent Part-Time – CMG Radio Athens
Operate control room board, maintain all studio operations, take transmitter readings, ability to voicetrack or perform airshift live, some production for cluster stations, fill in news/traffic, assist in other departments as assigned, other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- Running a radio control board for morning talk show, sporting events, remotes, live broadcasts, and other special programming on various stations
- Take transmitter readings
- Maintain studio operations
- Ability to voicetrack multiple formats/multiple stations and/or perform live airshift
- Fill in news/traffic reporter as needed.
- Production, primarily imaging, for various cluster stations
- Assist in other departments as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma Must be drug-freeAbility to take directionsAbility to be coached on a regular basisExcellent computer skills necessaryAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressureMust be flexible and available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and during University of Georgia sporting events
