The successful Digital Partnership Product Manager candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of digital products for The Ryder Cup and PGA Championship; world-class events including those that can enhance the on-site fan experience. Additionally, he / she will play a key role in supporting strategic third-party vendors and partnerships.The Digital Partnership Product Manager’s role will encompass equal parts execution, creativity and analysis. Job Duties Support the Director of Digital Partnerships & Operations and executive stakeholders in the ideation, development, management and measurement of innovative digital products that enhance the brand stature and fan experience of The Ryder Cup and PGA Championship. Collaborate with internal executive stakeholders, The European Tour and the PGA of America, Golf Channel / NBC Sports product & technology teams and external vendors. Create and develope Product Requirements Document (PRD) for all platforms, feature requests and integrations and assist in the execution of product roadmaps and requirements for various web and mobile properties. Exhibit a data-driven approach in the recommendation of new and enhanced products and features to improve the user experience. Develop and implement the product lifecycle(s) using collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage external vendors and UI/UX designers. Plan and distribute development and testing cycle task(s) while also resolving issues and solving problems throughout the project cycle. Faciliate a portion of the quality testing to ensure all platforms are functioning as they were scoped and designed to function. Execute user engagement efforts including defining and executing A/B and multivariate testing. Define, track and provide insights tied to product metrics. Keeps apprised of product, category and industry trends. Any additional assigned duties.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Product Managagement or related work
Proven history of delivering quality products while working with multiple intitatives and timelines
Experience generating wireframes and page/process flow diagrams using Visio, Hotgloo or other similar tools.
Experience accessing and analyzing web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
Ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions upon analysis
Ability to transform business and design needs into product requirements
Experience with Mobile UX and UI design and implementation
Ability to manage web/mobile product life cycles
Experience practicing agile/scrum product development methodologies and managing 3rd party development teams
